Client Needs Assessment

Step one in working with our clients is a partnering relationship, a true consultative collaborative effort in filling your need. That all starts with the Client Needs Assessment, it’s what separates a true Search and Staffing effort versus filing your inbox with non – viable candidates. It takes 20-30 minutes and saves you hours on interviewing the wrong candidates.
 
Step One – Tests for viability - once the determination that LF&A and your search requirement are aligned we set a time to discuss with hiring managers and those involved with the process to understand the need fully.
 
Step Two – In Person meeting or pre-arranged call with those involved in the process including HR, Hiring Managers. In person is always encouraged when possible as it helps LF&A exponentially be better positioned to sell your organization and the opportunity.
 
Step Three - A thorough evaluation of the background, skill sets required in the role…the basics.
 
Step Four – Further discovery on background of prior folks, likes/dislikes, how to sell your opportunity and the organization. Discussions on career paths, personalities…all the intangibles that go into making the right decision beyond a resume.
 
Step Five – Definition of the hiring process, Traditional, Client In Office, Recruiter In Office? Additionally timelines and expectations are set for the next steps of submittal, interviewing, offer stages.
